Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, business name and GST details you give us.
• Payment records: what you paid, when and for which plan. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Usage data: basic logs (time, page, device) to keep the service secure and working.

Why

To run your account, bill you, issue GST invoices, give support and keep the service safe. We do not sell your data.

Who else sees it

Our service providers only as needed to run Nevorai: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Razorpay) and email. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

Your data inside our apps

Data your business collects in a Nevorai app (leads, students, customers) belongs to your business. We process it only to run the app for you.

Keeping and deleting

We keep account and invoice records as long as the law requires (GST invoices: at least 6 years). Ask us to correct or delete your other data at teamnevorai@gmail.com.
