Terms of service

1. Who we are

Nevorai Technologies is a sole proprietorship of Adarsh Chaturvedi, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, India ("Nevorai", "we").

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
• Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once at teamnevorai@gmail.com if you think it was misused.

3. Fees

• Plans and prices are shown at checkout, in Indian rupees, and include 18% GST.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If a payment is overdue by more than 7 days we may pause your apps until it is paid; your data is kept while paused.
• Refunds follow our refund policy.

4. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. Money your own customers pay you goes straight to your own payment account, never through Nevorai. See our privacy policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Nevorai for anything illegal, deceptive or harmful, to send spam, or to attack or overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the apps running but provide them "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the issue.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
