Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not charged again.

Refunds

• Fees for a period already started are not refunded, except where the law requires or we agree in writing.
• If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, we refund the extra charge in full.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
